Account Executive
Job Description:
You must have 5+ recent years of selling IT solutions to large corporations (mid-market and/or Fortune 1000), universities, and government accounts. The key is to have a strong customer base and extensive knowledge in the IT space. While a track record of successfully achieving quota goals is required, greater emphasis will be placed on having a steady book of business. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong product knowledge and the ability to use that knowledge to recommend the right products for a variety of situations. Strong ethics and “customer first” practices are a must.
Requirements:
- Minimum BA or BS degree from a major university, sales or technology background is a plus.
- 5+ years of strategic sales experience selling IT hardware and software directly to Fortune 1000, universities, and/or government entities.
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the current IT marketplace.
- Self-starter with the ability to move into new areas quickly. Must have proven relationships with existing accounts in the region.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Regional Manager
